This website www.maklife.in is operated by Mak Life Producer Company Limited (MLPCL), an India based company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act of 1956. The policy is issued by ‘MLPCL’. Definitions:

"Customer" / "Buyer" shall mean the person or any legal entity who accepts the offer for sale on site by placing an order for and or purchases any products offered for sale on the site. "User"/ "You" means and includes you and/or any person or an entity including Vendor/Seller/Affiliate using or accessing the services provided on this Site.
Term:
This Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect for so long as you are using the site. The site provides online shopping platform wherein the Users can purchase/buy the products and services listed on it pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below. By clicking on the “Add to Cart” button and Select the products as per the need and then clicking on the “Proceed for Payment”, you are agreeing to use the Services in a manner consistent with and abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and with all applicable laws and regulations.
Termination:
Either User/ You or MLPCL may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause. However, MLPCL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the products and services offered on the site or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
Modification of Terms and Conditions:
MLPCL may at any time modify the terms and conditions contained on the Site without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any given time. You should regularly review the Terms and Conditions. In the event the modified Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the site. However, if you continue to use the site you agree to accept and abide by the modified Terms and Conditions.
Online Shopping Platform:
You further agree and undertake that you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.
MLPCL accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties. The address at which delivery of the products ordered by you are to be made should be correct and proper in all respects.
After the receipt of payment the Buyer as the case may be, MLPCL shall arrange for the delivery of the product to the recipient at the shipping address provided by the Buyer. Any and all orders placed by you on this Site are a firm commitment to purchase and you are obligated to complete the transaction and not contest it in anyway.
Before placing an order you are advised to check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.
Product Pricing
Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updation may occur. MLPCL will not be held liable for such errors.
MLPCL reserves the right to decide the prices and quantity of the products listed on the website. MLPCL also reserves the right to make modifications to the same without any prior notice to anyone. The modifications would be visible on the website on the effective date.
Cancellation Policy:
Customer can cancel/stop their product by reaching out to the customer support.
In the scenario where a Customer has requested for a refund by placing the request through the customer support, refundable amount is credited to the customer's bank account shared using the link sent in SMS by MLPCL. Refunds are credited within 5-7 working days of sharing the bank details. In the case of payments done through credit card it will be refunded to the same mode of payment.
Entire Agreement :
These Terms and Conditions, together with privacy policy, and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and MLPCL with respect to your use of and material available through the site, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and MLPCL with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.
Return Policy:
The return policy has been revised. As per the new policy, Mak Life doesn't have a return policy until and unless it is related to the product quality. Hence if the customer wants to return a product because he/she doesn't require it, in such cases we will simply deny the customer.
Any product quality issues must be raised within 24-48 hours of the issue occurrence to take preventive/corrective actions. If the users highlight issues beyond the said timeline, then MLPCL may decline to entertain the query / request / concern / complaint. MLPCL will not bear any loss or claim arising due to not highlighting the query / request / concern / complaint within the above-mentioned timeline.

"We as a Retailer shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the present limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time".
